I am excited to share with you the news of my latest coding endeavors!! Woof!!
I've decided that I want to learn how to make some vidyas. Video games. For computers. Yeah.

My first try at coding ever was actually going to be a game. Upon learning about the free, open-source visual novel engine Ren'Py, I decided I wanted to try my hand at making my own visual novel and I downloaded the program that same night. I carefully analyzed the entire tutorial game that comes with Ren'Py, I jotted down some ideas for my game, and then ... I gave up before I even started coding because I didn't want to bother doing all the art.
But that's okay!
My analysis of that tutorial is what made me become interested in coding at all. Granted, I then went on to start learning html instead of python, the language that Ren'Py actually uses, but what does that matter anyway ... woof ... I'm not knowledgeable at all about programming and To Me ... writing code is writing code ... at least it feels that way when I'm actually doing it! Sometimes I accidentally learn bits of javascript when I play around with making webpages and at those points I do get rather confused. But hey. It's fun.
"Okay so Daisy where are you going with this?" the masses ponder.
Well I am actually, like, getting into making visual novels now, a couple months later. Yay!!!
And I'm finishing the art! And The coding! And I'm learning about python! And stuff! It's very fun.

So! What I really want to tell you is! I'm gonna be uploading all of my games here for any visitors and readers to download and play :3. You know, just in case anyone is curious! I'm planning on creating a new section on the homepage for games, and uploading 2 before the year is over. A really shitty and unfunny one first, and then a less shitty christmas adventure WITH wizards. (EDIT LOL I got bored with the wizard one so. Sorry if anypony was looking forward to that for some reason)
